Headlamp bulb adaptor - various vehicles

These simple, yet hard to find adapters allow for the sitting of H4 bulbs with the current P45t base (the one with the 3 prongs) to earlier headlamps with the P43t base, typically found on vehicles up to 1973. The use of conversion bulbs has been the most common way to achieve this, but the conversion bulbs are not generally available in local Auto stores. Fitting these adapters not only means that replacement bulbs can be sourced locally, but offers up ability to fit any of the many brighter halogen/xenon bulbs widely available.
